Fortunately, here at Surreal, we can cater for virtually every style from contemporary to traditional to cutting edge avantgarde kitchens.

Yes. We offer design and installation services to clients all over Ireland. We use highly skilled and knowledgeable craftsmen. The best kitchens deserve expert installations.

We also provide a complete after sales service – we want you to love your kitchen from day one.

Great! We offer remote design consultation to clients abroad. This is especially useful for those who are unable to visit our showroom in person.

A beautiful kitchen from Surreal should be accentuated with beautiful and high-quality appliances. For this purpose we work with leading kitchen appliance brands such as Siemens, Neff, Gaggenau, Bora, Falmec, Liebherr and many more.

If there is a specific brand that you would like in your kitchen, our team would be happy to advise on its availability.

We deal exclusively with German kitchen design houses and are agents for Häcker, Nobilia and Eggersmann kitchens.

At Surreal Designs we offer one of Ireland’s largest collections of German kitchens to suit every style and budget.

Germany has been at the forefront of innovative kitchen design for decades. We closely follow the latest industry trends and without any doubt, German kitchen brands have set the benchmark when it comes to attention to detail, superior engineering, exceptional quality and a perfect combination of style and functionality.

Our award-winning kitchen showroom is located on the outskirts of Galway and we advise clients to book an appointment in advance, especially if you would like to discuss your options with a design consultant. There is plenty of parking available and other amenities nearby, including home and furniture stores. The showroom is within easy access to all the main routes coming into Galway from Dublin, Cork/Limerick and Sligo/Mayo.

We do welcome walk-ins and we will always have someone here to chat with you, but for a full design consultation, you will need to book in advance.

We have been in business since 2002, designed and installed hundreds of kitchens nationwide, developed an award winning showroom – and we love what we do!

We take great time to get to know you and understand how you will use the kitchen – delivering a very personalised solution.

We strive to use the best and most sustainable products to complement our kitchen designs. Our standards are high because your expectations are higher!

Firstly, we suggest that you call us and speak with one of our design consultants. It is recommended to check out our showroom to give you a better idea of what is possible.

Secondly, a draft plan is prepared based on your requirements. Budget and style will be considered at this point.

Next, another meeting takes place (in person) to discuss any modifications that may be needed to the draft plan before going to build. A 3D CAD design is prepared along with the final cost.

Finally, the team at Surreal visit your home kitchen to ensure there are no obstacles ahead of the installation.

Yes all our Kitchens come with a full aftersales service and warranty. Appliances are covered by the individual brand warranty.

This is difficult to answer because a kitchen from Surreal can cost anything from €20k – €100k+

We have three suppliers, all offering exceptional quality kitchens but in different price groups and hence we have a very broad price range compared to almost any other kitchen company.

Certainly – but not on a like for like basis. German kitchens are made using the finest quality materials and the best manufacturing processes – they will not be beaten for quality!

Absolutely – small kitchens need to work harder to deliver all the functionality and still look great – we love a challenge and we have lots of really clever space saving ideas for storage and appliances.

We have a full range of traditional country style and shaker kitchens so we can suit all tastes. Don’t assume a mix of modern and country classic wouldn’t work though – you’d be surprised.

Our project was to replace a 35 year old kitchen. The kitchen space was narrow and small by modern standards. John provided a design which made the best use of the space and provided extensive discrete storage. Our new kitchen is bright, modern, seems bigger and functionally is a huge improvement. There is a big input in time from Surreal at the design stage and this shows in the look and utility of the kitchen. We engaged Surreal Designs to design and build our kitchen. From the outset, John and Barry were very open and upfront about ideas and costs. From the start of the project to final install we found Surreal Design at all times professional and had exacting standards. The design process was done in collaboration with our ideas and time was taken by John to get it exactly right. John visited the site on numerous occasions to ensure everything was just so. Surreal design went above and beyond our expectations really. Even the installation of the kitchen was done to precision. We checked out other kitchen suppliers in the initial stage of choosing a kitchen but at the end of the day there was no comparison to Surreal. They are just the best and worth every cent! Surreal Design kitchens provided us with the kitchen WE wanted. A considered approach to the design taking into account what we used a kitchen for, how keen we were on cooking and what style we wanted to achieve. The whole process was smooth and trouble free. Now the kitchen has been fitted and we have been using it for a few months, not only does it look fantastic but is a pleasure to work in. Some may consider their kitchens expensive but the feel of the kitchen is robust and feels like it will last a lifetime; I would consider the money well spent.

Aftersales service has been prompt and without fuss. We had a couple of issues with hardware which were addressed in a timely fashion.

Surreal kitchens gave an overall excellent service from the planning of our kitchen to its installation. They were professional in their approach to the project and helped us make appropriate decisions based on their experience and knowledge. They worked with us on different options to fit within budget and delivered to the agreed quote. There were no hidden costs, they were always transparent throughout. What was of particular help to us was the overall supervision they undertook with our builder to ensure the project finished within the agreed timescale.
