The remit was to deliver a modern, clutter free kitchen within a limited space but with as much storage as possible. Not only did they surpass our expectations, the kitchen is also a beautiful mix of surfaces and subdued colours and lighting which is truly stunning! We worked with Surreal Designs to transform an old, dark kitchen space into a bright, modern and functional room and we could not be more pleased with the result. John and Barry were a joy to work with. They spent hours working with us to design and personalize a kitchen that would suit our individual needs. They have a wealth of knowledge and their designs are fresh, beautiful and functional.

The installation process was very efficient with minimal disruption to us. We couldn't be happier with the end product and the kitchen has become the "go to" room for entertaining, relaxing and has definitely become the heart of our house. Our project was to replace a 35 year old kitchen. The kitchen space was narrow and small by modern standards. John provided a design which made the best use of the space and provided extensive discrete storage. Our new kitchen is bright, modern, seems bigger and functionally is a huge improvement. There is a big input in time from Surreal at the design stage and this shows in the look and utility of the kitchen. The fitters were good at their job and very obliging and Barry was always available to move the project along.

We engaged Surreal Designs to design and build our kitchen. From the outset, John and Barry were very open and upfront about ideas and costs. John spent a great deal of time talking to myself and Maria about the function of the kitchen. John gave us very good advice on materials and appliances. John came up with a fantastic design that blends in perfectly to our home and makes the most of our surroundings. We are now one year in our newly renovated home, the kitchen works perfectly for us and our two boys. From the start of the project to final install we found Surreal Design at all times professional and had exacting standards. The design process was done in collaboration with our ideas and time was taken by John to get it exactly right. John visited the site on numerous occasions to ensure everything was just so. Surreal design went above and beyond our expectations really. Even the installation of the kitchen was done to precision. We checked out other kitchen suppliers in the initial stage of choosing a kitchen but at the end of the day there was no comparison to Surreal. They are just the best and worth every cent! We love our kitchen, it looks fabulous and works beautifully, we couldn't be happier with the finished product and would go back to Surreal again. Surreal Design kitchens provided us with the kitchen WE wanted. A considered approach to the design taking into account what we used a kitchen for, how keen we were on cooking and what style we wanted to achieve. The whole process was smooth and trouble free. Now the kitchen has been fitted and we have been using it for a few months, not only does it look fantastic but is a pleasure to work in. Some may consider their kitchens expensive but the feel of the kitchen is robust and feels like it will last a lifetime; I would consider the money well spent.

Aftersales service has been prompt and without fuss. We had a couple of issues with hardware which were addressed in a timely fashion.

Surreal kitchens gave an overall excellent service from the planning of our kitchen to its installation. They were professional in their approach to the project and helped us make appropriate decisions based on their experience and knowledge. They worked with us on different options to fit within budget and delivered to the agreed quote. There were no hidden costs, they were always transparent throughout. What was of particular help to us was the overall supervision they undertook with our builder to ensure the project finished within the agreed timescale. Any issues that arose were dealt with swiftly and were always discussed. We are very pleased with the final product and would have no hesitation in recommending Surreal kitchens.
